Power Bar Bites


(I grind each ingredient individually for desired consistency - spice grinder is my favorite)


Fine Grind:

1 c oats

1/4 c raw quinoa 

2TBS chia seed


Semi-Grind:

3/4 c oats

1/4 c flax seed / meal

1/2 c raisins / or other dried fruit 

1/4 c shredded unsweetened coconut

1/4 c raw sunflower seeds

1/4 tsp sea or Himalayan salt

1/4 tsp baking soda


add all into bowl & mix well


fold in 

1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil

1/4 c honey

1/2 tsp vanilla


MIX VERY WELL until fully incorporated 


coconut oil spray 24 mini muffin tin pan 

scoop into mini muffin tins

press each one (with a tiny jar or fingers) 


bake

11 min at 325


flip out of pan onto baking rack before cool, turn upside right and let cool fully
